Pamper Yourself with a Bath Salt Soak
Aromatic baths are a wonderful natural remedy to support physical and emotional wellness. The salts alone already have many therapeutic benefits. Himalayan , Dead Sea, Mediterranean Sea and the Great Salt Lake in Utah are some of the most popular salts. The salts will change the osmotic balance of the bath water, allowing your skin to absorb more water. Magnesium sulphate present in salts, has anti-inflammatory properties and helps the body to stay healthy by avoiding cellular breakdown. Phosphates will soften the skin and help exfoliate. Sea salts also stimulate circulation and help to relax tense muscles. Your bath salt soak can encourage deep relaxation and relief from stress.
