I appreciate you attending the class and sharing with me the areas of wellness that interest you the most. Rest assured, I will keep you informed about upcoming online classes that focus on those specific topics you mentioned, for a more in-depth look.
In the meantime, here is how you can proceed on your wellness journey:
Step 1:
Use the sample oils that accompanied the class for the next 10-14 days. Create your daily regimen and be CONSISTENT. I will check in with you in about two weeks to see how you’ve been doing with using these essential oils.
Step 2:
Even within just 10-14 days, if we are CONSISTENT, we will be able to experience a shift, start seeing some wellness benefits. To be able to continue with your regimens, make sure to get your essential oils, and don’t forget to schedule a little chat with me (20 min free wellness orientation), so I can answer any questions you may have and to discuss the next steps on your wellness journey.
Step 3:
Want to take a look already at the wellness topics you checked off on the form you submitted? Check out the physical wellness and emotional wellness resources offered on my website. Going forward, my suggestion is, focus on a wellness area that is MOST important to you at this time. It is always easier to start with only one or two areas, find essential oils and regimens that work for you, and then gradually start addressing other areas of concern. In my years of experience working with clients who wanted to address too many issues all at once, they often ended up feeling overwhelmed, there were too many new things to remember every day. Typically, by gradually incorporating essential oils into our daily routines, we tend to see results quicker as the utilization of these oils becomes effortless and feels like second nature. Remember, creating greater wellness in our life is a JOURNEY. It will be my pleasure to be your partner, offering resources, guidance, and support along the way.
Let’s talk soon and happy oiling!
