Do you have those days when you just feel off? Sometimes I can’t even pinpoint a specific reason. I want to retreat, be by myself and I know I need to let go of that feeling that is trying to entrap me. What comes to my rescue are scents and sounds, my trusted tools, working like a charm every time. I’ll walk into my room and play my singing bowls or put on some great music.

Sounds and scents help my body process feelings. My first choice is always Cypress Essential Oil or the blend called ‘Forgive’, these essential oils are amazing tools helping me to let go, release that feeling of being stuck in a funk, and help me move past it.

Then I’ll apply my most trusted duo: Hawaiian Sandalwood and Jasmine. If I had to use one word for this combination it would be ‘GRAVITY’ – it helps me find my center, connect with my core. I wish I could show you right now how beautiful it smells… It grabs me every time. I apply a drop of both to the inside of my wrists, onto the pulse points of my neck, and over my heart area. I’m ready. Ready to continue with my day, nothing holding me back.
