Take a Moment – BREATHE

Bring awareness to your breath. Inhale deeply. Pause and hold your breath. Exhale tension and stress. Breathe in. Breathe out. Release fear and worry. Create space for love, compassion and joy. Just breathe. Fully aware. Deepen your breathing exercises inhaling an essential oil from your palms. Eucalyptus is my favorite essential oils to support breathing exercises as it is opening, liberating, and empowering.
